Nicole DiBona, MS, RD, is dedicated to helping individuals live healthier lives. This is because she has overcome poor lifestyle habits and wants to help you do the same. As a young adult Nicole wanted to become healthier, so she started exercising and changed her diet. Her primary source of information was health magazines, and overtime she realized they all state the same information over and over. With a desire for more information she enrolled in an introductory nutrition class and this is where she found her passion for nutrition and fitness.

What we eat and how we move our bodies affects our physical and mental health. Nicole believes achieving and maintaining optimal health relies on the synergy of body, spirit, and mind. Her fascination with the human body has led to a strong scientific foundation and understanding of the physiologic relationship between food and the body. Nicole uses this knowledge base to help each client achieve their desired results.

Nicole is a Los Angeles native and understands the challenges of finding balance in this busy city. She is accommodating to client’s schedules and is available, in person, over the phone, or by skype/facetime. The services she provides will help clients overcome barriers and make healthier choices, while still enjoying the foods they love.

Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas. She completed her clinical dietetics training at Ronald Regan UCLA Medical Center, where she provided medical nutrition therapy for patients in the following areas: cardiology, pediatrics, endocrinology, oncology, renal, and gastroenterology. Nicole has worked with student athletes at the junior and four-year college levels.
